| I'M MOVING!!I'm not ACTUALLY moving--like packing up my room into little boxes and setting it all up in a new place. I'm moving from Xanga to Angelfire.com.
I'm still trying to figure it out, but I've already set up a blog much like this one, and I'm working on my website. It'll probably take all summer, but if there is anybody here who knows how to use Angelfire, it would be a great help.
I'm sure many of you are thinking, "Why?" right? Well, I'm just REALLY tired of xanga. I can't exactly put up EVERYTHING that I want. Xanga's more the type of thing to use when you have a bunch of friends who know you, and you can tell them about your life through the internet. I'm not really here to tell you all about my life--just the really, REALLY cool parts of it like finishing highschool (which reminds me, I just looked at some scores I got today in the mail-I've finally finished it all, and with a B-grade average. There are a couple of A's here and there, but I'm a lazy bum of a student, so my grades aren't amazing.
When I get my official transcripts, I'll pass it on to you lot. Pray that it is better than I'm calculating!! Soon, I'll be heading off to college, ladies and gents....T-T

| another non-fanfic related updateJust thought you guys might like to know that I took my very last test today--technically, I am no longer a Highschool student.
This means that I now have more time for my stories.
Which means updates should happen more often, though I won't make any promises.
...I'm in the mood for chocolate ice cream...

| CrestsAlright, ladies and gentlemen, here they are--my promised crests.
The first we'll look at is the Black one. I didn't make it, I found it
on the hplexicon, I THINK. If it isn't there, then sorry. It's on
wikipedia.
I also checked out their
family tree, and guess who was there? Charlus Potter. POTTER, people!
That means that somewhere along the line, Harry and Sirius are related!
Isn't that cool? It also shows how much J.K. thought about this...
Anyways, the next crest we have to show is, the Potter one. It's an
original because I couldn't find one made by J.K. or or any of her
artist people....whatever.
The
scroll, which says Fortis of Pectus pectoris, is Latin for 'Brave of Heart'. I
shaped the Potter crest after the Gryffindor one since, according to
canon, they are related to Gryffindor--I THINK--they might just be
related to the Perenelles, and I might be completely wrong....Oh well,
too late for that now.
To see what I mean, this is the Gryffindor crest.
Looks very nice, don't ya think? I got it off of the hp-lexicon....or wikipedia. I don't remember. Oh well. I got the idea of the lion and the checkerboard shield from it, but I couldn't be bother too look for a helmet, save it to my computer, cut it out, paste it to Paint, on top of all that. I mean, I had to get the shield, find a scroll that I liked, than paint the images so that it looked like was always there, then look for a stag, find out that there weren't any good stags, find a lion, and then paint it to look like it had always been there. Lot of work that....
But it was fun, and worth it.

| So, I reading one day...I was reading this fanfic the other day (HP, of course), and there was this line that just really JUMPED out at me. It was Harry asking Dumbledore if he was the his (Dumbledore's) apprentice and he (Dumbledore again) was his master.
A lot of 'he's and 'his's, there...
Anyways, for some reason, I thought 'This guy should have named this chapter Master and Apprentice' if he was going to go on for another three thousand words about their new relationship!' And that really stuck with me.

Then, you'll never believe this, I closed my laptop, grabbed my towel and headed for the shower.
Wierd, right?
I've just got this new idea, and I head for the shower? But, then again, it helps me think. And, did I think!
When I came out, I typed into my Story Ideas page the following summary.
The Apprentice--When his master died, he was given a mission--find Blackwood and wait. Now Apprentice Nicolas searches all over Tierra searching for this Blackwood, meeting new people, and find along the way that everything is never as it first seems, and that sometimes we have to fight to make our dreams come true.
That was about two weeks ago. To that summary I've added character names (spent a week just looking for the perfect name for the Apprentice), and, of course, plot ideas (at one point I wasn't going to name Nicolas anything until the very end of the story). I've also done a lot of research and day dreaming so that I have a lot things ready for this new story.
Obviously, it is going to be an original story (and my dream is that once it is finished, I'll send it to get published and it'll be on the best seller's list, and I'll get interviewed by Oprah, and people will be begging for more....Told you I've been day dreaming). And obviously, it won't be happening on Earth.
I've made up my own little world called Tierra. To go with something our pastor has been preaching--Tierra Deseable. Read Malachi 3 towards the end where God says that He'll bless us by making us a desirable land-but read that part in Spanish.

It was my own personal joke.
And then the names of two characters-Abelard and Cain.
Who knows what I'm talking about? First murderer in the Bible? Ring a bell?
Yeah, brothers Cain and Abel (have you noticed that Adam and Eve were the first humans and yet, when Cain leaves after killing Abel, he goes and finds a city and marries [I think], and yet Cain and Abel were Adam and Eve's first children? does that mean he went and married his own siblings? INCEST ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!), I put them in there.
No, it won't be a Christian book...or maybe it will be, just...think of C.S. Lewis, k? Think of Lewie. I'm going to have my fun by putting in these little (TINY) things that people will notice immediately, and criticize me on.
And I'll do it with a smile! :D
